The Liv(e) Charitable Trust has been established to carry on Olivia ‘Liv’ Shipp’s memory and adventurous spirit. She was the definition of a vibrant personality who understood what it meant to live life to the fullest.
The trust will help support institutions, individuals and activities that embody the spirit and passion Olivia demonstrated throughout her life. We will seek to find organizations that foster learning and cultural exchange. The intent of giving in perpetuity is a way to keep Olivia’s bright light shining and her amazing impact felt forever.
This is just a teaser of what is to come. When we officially launch the trust and the full website, we will have a variety of ways for you to be a part of this, including events, student nominations and donation opportunities.

Our inaugural project for the foundation will be The Liv(e) Malawi Trek 2020. In June 2020, a group of Liv’s friends will travel to a village in Malawi, Africa and work side by side with villagers, in one of the poorest countries on the planet, to build a school and bring hope through education. We will be taking a dream that Liv had planned to do upon college graduation and making it a reality.
